OUR UPSTATE MANOR is undergoing a massive renovation that includes the kitchen, bedrooms, chimney, and roof. It is a labor of love that we have dedicated ourselves to in the past 3 years.
The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 balconies, a dining room, a living room, 2.5 bathrooms, and a spacious attic. 3 West is surrounded by a dense forest of trees and plants that spans over an acre around the property.
We are looking to turn 3 West into a winter, spring, and summer art residency that offers a place of peace, rest, and rejuvenation for artists and writers all over the world.
